Credit card debt consolidation

Was trying to consolidate my credit cards with this company but accidentally contacted wrong company and was not told by them that they dont consolidate they only pay one card at a time and they also didnt tell me that I had to have. at least 25percent of my credit card balance in before they do anything with getting an agreement with any card but they had drafted two months and a week away drafting the 3rd month and hadnt told me anything. I just called them to see what was going on with my account and one of the workers explained their process to me and answered my questions. Now I am in the process of getting them to refund my money back in order to get my cards consolidated with this company if possible. Do you consolidate credit card debt

Found out the company does not consolidate and was drafting payments to pay one of my cards off at a time and I wasnt told that they dont do what I was looking to happen and didnt know until I called and talked to another person working at this company that took the time and explained what they do. I explained to the person that I had told the lady that wanted to consolidate my 4 credit cards and she never said we dont consolidate

My mother and father had Alzheimer's disease as they signed for a reverse mortgage. I told this to Financial Freedom and instead of launching an investigation, they simply said we cannot talk with your parents knowing they are not legally sane.

Then when I went to put my name on the account to know how to deal with the reverse mortgage, Financial Freedom comes up with "Since your parents have bouts with dementia, they cannot approve you to be on the account." So they foreclosed on the property without one of us ever apprised of what was going on. Now they are being sued, though the way reverse mortgages work, they are literally set up like a military firing squad; everyone is guilty yet there is no one to blame.

What they did to my family was leave several family members homeless when originally the house was paid for free and clear. Disgusting really!

If you have been surfing around on the internet for refinancing options, somehow this company MIGHT call you. I was searching banks and somehow they got my number. They use very convincing pushy people and then after you don't even get a chance to talk so they put you thru to one of their "loan officers"? Her name was Victoria. She went through all our finances. I had been in a debt repayment plan, she instructed me to GET OUT AT ONCE BECAUSE IT WOULD BE A BLACK MARK ON MY CREDIT. Then she made an appointment for one of their VP's? to come to our home the next evening. She made me gather all the pertinent paperwork to be ready for them. We cancelled appts for the next evening as we were anxious to get some sort of refinancing done and we thought this was our chance. On Financial Freedom's advice in order to get our refinancing through, I immediately got out of our debt repayment agreement. We waited the next day and I thought it a bit peculiar that no one called to confirm their upcoming appt for 7 that evening. I called at 4:40 and was told that they only call if there is a problem, there wasn't so the vp would be there at 7PM. No one showed up! I called at 7:30 and after being passed to three people they just said "you dont qualify"!! I was incredulous! They had every detail and I was told everything the day before!!! I asked why they did not call us and they had no explanation. THE LOAN PERSON I SPOKE TO THE DAY BEFORE was "in the wind" impossible to speak with. NEEDLESS TO SAY DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SHUD BE TAKEN OUT OF BUSINESS. BBB "A" RATING MEANS NOTHING!

They are scam artist. I am filing a lawsuit this next week and looking for all the dirt on Financial Freedom and there is a lot of it. Anyone that was scammed on a reverse mortgage with Financial Freedom please let me know.

I dealt with them in April. Met with one of their agents. They charged me for an appraisal that was never done. I have tried to contact them, but no one answers the phone. They will do anything to get your business. Beware of any numbers that they provide, get it in writing or better yet stay away!

Run, don't walk, away from this company!!!

I have been dealing with FF for over two years now, since my mother first began having signs of stroke activity. She had gotten a reverse mortgage with FF a few years prior without my knowledge. Apparently at that time this whole procedure could take place over the phone and by mail. How can these sharks even know if they are dealing with someone who is still legally competent? The only face-to-face was at a bank to have some papers notarized...not their job to judge your decision making skills. Not only did they make a questionable loan in the first place, they then ran it up to where the balance at the time of her death was $90,000 more than the value of the property. As her only child, I had moved home to care for her...I am disabled so have limited income myself. They actually thought I should get a loan to buy the house back from them...at full price!! When I said that was never going to happen, some a**hat in Texas told me I had 5 days to get out of my family home. Luckily I knew the laws in Wisconsin were on the side of tenants so told him I would be staying until I could find a place to live. Please protect your friends and family from this company at all costs!!
